There is a shop for restaurants/bakeriess on the backside of Xavier University (Ororama), nearby the After Six Taylor Shop.
Next to the shop they sell these roof ventilators ("Tin Smith" or so).

For example they have hot dog machines, bakery supplies etc.
STI College is next to it.

You might be successful there.

For two hours now I am discussing with my wife whether to cook Spaghetti with fish, mushrooms and onions or not AND now you post another request about Pasta, it is really confusing.
