kahadlok na ba ani oi..whos to believe ba kaha.what happened with the laptop man pud. naa pud nagclaim guba japun. huhuhuhu. makadaot man ni sa dungog if ur a seller and madaot pud sa dungog sa buyer kay nagreklamo reklamo lang anyway. kinsa man nagstorya sa tinuod tana mresolve ang issue.

on my case pud seller man pud ko and daghan ako unit nga e dispose nga dili ako pud na na sold out na here. pero as far as ako nagbaligya il make sure na ok ang unit. kay ofcourse sa ako man ang responsibility adto kay ako man makigdeal sa tao. and besides hasle kaayo on my part na magbaligya ug guba kay lisod pud e dispose and then basin in the end magkaproblema..

i hope maresolve na ninyo ang issue.

in my opinion, everytime when magbuy ta og second hand items kai gusto ta maka-save tungod sa kabarato (especially gadgets), we are taking the risk nga basin naai hidden defects ang ato mapalit.. og dapat iconsider pud nato nga dle perfect condition atong mapalit kng magpalit ta og 2nd hand.. so ang atoa lang ana kai i-test jud og ayo ang unit labaw na kai gadgets raba na.. tapos dli jud paliton ang item kung dli matestingan.. pero kung grbe na jud ka defective ang item tapos wala gi-indicate sa seller, mao na ang lain.. pero kung minimal ra tingale ang daot tapos madala2 ra, i think pwede naman tingale.. considering nga barato na sya.. hehehehe..



kinsa kaha ang tinuod ani. haha. it's better nga mag-explain ang both sides kai galibog na nag mga tao dri kung kang knsa sila mutuo.. para pud mabalik inyung credibility ..

Korek gyud ka sir Optimus_Prime. Dapat pud cguro as a seller i-check sagyud ug tarong ang unit pra hassle-free gyud both sa buyer & seller. Then HONESTY ragyud ang no.1 kailangan. Just be honest lang gyud sa mga hidden defects ug sa mga obvious defects. Then it's up napud sa mga buyer mo decide kun dayunon ba nya ug kuha ang item despite sa mga defects.

i don't think demanding is the right term to consider... consider that every consumer should be respected... one things for sure the seller didn't indicate that there's a 'HIDDEN DEFECT' on the item he was selling... mali sad to mr. BUYER he didn't test the product if it's working or not... pero as far as i am concern... the seller should refund the amount considering that the item was in fact and in substance upon testing of the unit defective... it's not the buyers fault since when the product was introduce to him its working and yet upon testing it doesn't work at all... AS IS WHERE IS basis doesn't apply to hidden defects... especially that the defective part is the charging of the battery which is the main component for it to work and later on be used... and isa pa ive been selling and buying items here always man nga 1-2 weeks personal warranty akong ginahatag.. refund gud if its not working.. pero not once ko naka pa refund since working man akong items.. mao lang na akoa noh.... kay maski ipaabot ninyo ni sa DTI mag complaint si Mr. Buyer... liable jud si Mr. Seller nga erefund ang item...
