Client Relations Manager ( Telemarketing)

Responsible for calling, updating and informing clients. Making follow-up call to gather information, offer services and convert it into sales. Identify the potential buyer clients and sends proposals to them. He or she will act as an account manager to answer client's emails and phone calls to ensure clients are happy.

Requirements

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/ College Degree in Business, Communications or related field.
- Speak excellent English on the phone (cold calling, follow up calling, closing a deal)
- Great working attitude and good interpersonal skills
- Sales and marketing skills preferable
- Proficient in computer application like Google Document/ Gmail
- Knowledge in SEO nad AdWords is an advantage
- Working experience of at least 1 to 2 years
