Competencies (These are MUSTs):

~Good eye for design (Indesign)
~You have a good knowledge of the digital media landscape for both branding and direct response campaigns
~Have the ability to co-ordinate and manage the production process for design, web development liaising with internal and external contractors.
~You must be proficient in Wordpress installations and troubleshooting, including building in a visual developer environment (we use DIVI.)
~You have an understanding HTML5 and CSS experience with an understanding of MySQL, php, javascript to help clients needing custom integration's.
~Understand SSL security
~Understanding of WC3 standards and accessibility
~Efficiency. Able to produce significant output with minimal wasted effort.
~High Standards. Expects personal performance and team performance to be nothing short of the best.
~Flexibility/Adaptability. Adjusts quickly to changing priorities and conditions. Copes effectively with complexity and change.
~Have the ability to cross check proofs/layouts then clearly communicating requirements, expectations and deadlines with the ability to resolve issues tactfully and with respect, to a small team of designers and web developers

Preferred Skills and Experiences:

~A proven track record of success in managing asset design/web/print projects is a MUST
~Must be EXTREMELY detail oriented, able to multi-task and meet deadlines
~Must be resourceful and able to overcome obstacles on his/her own
~Superior communication skills, including written and verbal
~Flexibility to change and adapt to new processes, with a problem-solving mindset
~Previous working experience in a marketing or related agency

You will be working with a warm and welcoming virtual team and have a mastery of an online working environment as this is a virtual contract role, where you’ll be working from home. Your work environment needs to be quiet and free of interruptions and you need to see yourself as a high-level professional with hard-earned skills.

We will guide you, but won’t hold your hand in your role. You need to be a self-starter who jumps in, sees issues, communicates with grace and elegance to build trust with those around you…but bottom line, you know how to get things done.

You will also be able to communicate with our time on the Australian (Sydney) timezone hours...
