I'm just new in this site, Just want to ask, whats the best fitness gym in CDO for men, with very good equipments/facilities, and excellent services.

You only have to pay Php1,600.00 monthly due. You can use their facilities. It's cheap enough considering the packages that other gym don't have.

apil na ang trainor ana noh? emonitor ka sa trainer pirme kay naka try ko sa uban na if kabalo na ka sa routine byaan na dayun ka, dli man lang tan awon imong progress kung nakuha na ba nimo ilang goal. naka try ko sa cebu sa fitness first, personalize gyud kaau tanan pero lahi man pud lagi ang bayad sa trainer. gusto lang ko na buhaton sa trainor iyang job dli magnga nga lang.

At first mo guide ang trainer sa imo fitness routine...ang correct execution,positions,etc.
After few sessions na kabalo nka,you have to work in your own....but ang trainer always naa sa gym kay anytime you want their assistance mo assist man sila.All the trainers were all professionals. And beside daghan man tao ga pa assist...If you want to achieve something in your fitness regement,you have to double you effort even with or without the assistance of the fitness trainer. You don't have to worry about it,they are very friendly. I have tried other fitness gym but I didn't last long because of poor gym equipment. When I enrolled here in Clark Hatch Gym,everything goes smooth.Their fitness quipments are far more superior than the other fitness gym.
