LF: High End GPU/Videocard r9 280x/7970ghz 9k budget

Looking for an ultra high end that can handle my new monitor res 2560x1440 and maintain 60 fps at high settings and with 3gb vram

Budget : 9k

Preferably AMD
like r9 280x/7970, 290
or gtx 770
