mka dismaya ang iphone 6 and 6 plus.. I'm not sure if this is a common thing or maybe swerte lang kaau ko and ang ako bro. I have a personal experience na gusto nako e share before you guys get any of the two phones mentioned.
IPHONE 6
based lang sa ako personal experience, na balaka kaau ko sa ako iphone6 which i got from Globe. 2-3 weeks pa sa ako ang unit and gina baby pa jud kaau. nakurat nalang ko ky nag start na og flicker ang screen. At first i thought it was app related or something so ako gina obserbahan. Unfortunately ga balik2x na and ga dugay, gaka frequent ang symptoms (i call it a symptom since i am thinking that this is due to a bigger problem.). Worse pa jud kay even making a a phone call, writing a text message, and pati sa screen lock ga tukar japun. So i did the thing we usually do when faced with these technical issues, approach ko sa globe to complain. then they referred me to this service center in manila. they told me nae update daw nko ako phone kay "probably" it is due to the ios version (it was 8.1 at the time), so i updated and restored the phone. another week passed then nibalik ang problem. to make the already long story a little bit shorter, ako gi padala ang unit sa manila (free of charge kay under warranty paman) so karon ga padayon ako plan pero im using another phone. sayang ako data bundle ky dli nko ma gamit.
IPHONE 6 PLUS
wla ko experience ani first hand ky it is my brothers unit. I was told na naa pd siya issue na notice (very recently lang) sa iyang unit. naa daw screeching sound na phone speakers everytime na padulong na ma bat empty ang phone. I am no expert ana pero i dont think dapat mag ingon ana ang unit.
"CUSTOMER SERVICE"
dli satisfying ang gi refer na service center sa globe. aside sa mejo "hambog" ang dating sa ilang staff, dli sila ga tubag kng tawagan sa ila mobile number for an update. they said 3-5 days pero until now naka line up pa daw ako unit (1 week na sa ilaha). wla tay mabuhat kng dli pa mahuman ang unit pero status updates would help ease the inconveniences experienced sa consumers. dili pd sila ga reply sa text message, kelangan pa ko mag tawag sa ila landline number which is sa manila. they are making it inconvenient para sa consumers, ikaw pa na hassle, ikaw pa mo gasto.
dili ni pandaot ako gi buhat. like i said basin na swertehan lang mi sa amu units. just wanna shed some light sa kng unsay inyu possibly atubangon if mg iphone 6 or 6 plus mo.

*Note: Iphone 6 would have been one of the best na ako na gamit kng wla lang tong problema na ako na experience.
